Ingredients

2 ct young chinkens

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp paprika

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp parsley
Directions
- Thoroughly clean both young chickens with cold water.
- Cover the chickens with the olive oil. I recommend using gloves.
- Mix the salt, paprika, and minced garlic into a bowl. Then cover the chickens evenly with the rub.
- Refrigerate over night or a minimum of 6 hours.
- Preheat smoker to 275 degrees fahrenheit, place chickens breast side up and cook for 4 hours. If the skin looks too crispy around 3 hours in cover with foil, if it is not crispy enough brush with more olive oil.
