1 tsp chili powder

½ cup black beans

½ cup corn kernels

1 ct diced avocado

½ cup shredded lettuce

½ cup salsa

¼ cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, and salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cook and/or warm rice and beans.
- Divide rice among bowls.
- Top with seasoned beef, beans, corn, lettuce, avocado, salsa, and cheese.
- Serve immediately.
