½ cup avocado oil

1 ct egg

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp Dijon mustard

2 ct garlic clove

1 ct Salt to taste
Directions
- Smash or mince garlic.
- Add everything into a narrow jar or blender cup EXCEPT avocado oil.
- Use immersion blender in the jar and slowly drizzle oil in while blending until thick mayonnaise consistency is achieved.
- Serve as dipping sauce or use as an ingredient in dishes. Keeps up to five days in fridge.
