Ingredients

  • 1 ct egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 ct garlic clove
  • 1 ct Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Smash or mince garlic.
  2. Add everything into a narrow jar or blender cup EXCEPT avocado oil.
  3. Use immersion blender in the jar and slowly drizzle oil in while blending until thick mayonnaise consistency is achieved.
  4. Serve as dipping sauce or use as an ingredient in dishes. Keeps up to five days in fridge.
