Ingredients

1 cup quinoa

2 cup water

1 lb ground beef

2 cup chopped lettuce

¼ cup diced red onion

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup shredded purple cabbage

1 ct diced avocado

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp hemp seeds

¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
- Rinse quinoa under cold water.
- Cook quinoa in water according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked.
- Divide quinoa among bowls.
- Top with beef, lettuce, onion, carrots, cabbage, and avocado.
- Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
