Pad Thai
A simple, quick, easy and tasty Asian classic Derived from Maesri recipe
Ingredients
- 3 ½ oz Rice noodles
- 3 ct Large eggs
- 8 oz Chicken, shrimp, beef or tofu(extra firm) all cooked
- 5 oz bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp Ground peanuts
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 ct Green onion sliced medium thick
- 4 ct Thinly sliced baby carrot
Directions
- Cook rice noodles per directions on package Remove from boiling water and run under cold water Then spray with vegetable oil and put aside
- Add butter to wok and scramble 3 eggs
- Add onions, bean sprouts, carrots, rice noodles and protein to eggs and stir fry until all is cooked
- Sprinkle ground peanuts over the top and serve
