Roasted Brussel Sprouts
My recipe for Brussel Sprouts mixed with Dijon Mustard and Salt, Pepper and Lemon at the end to bring out flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp Pepper
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 fl oz lemon juice
Directions
- Throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay on oven tray coated with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes flipping in between half-way through.
- Garnish with Lemon.
