Roasted Brussel Sprouts

My recipe for Brussel Sprouts mixed with Dijon Mustard and Salt, Pepper and Lemon at the end to bring out flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 fl oz lemon juice

Directions

  1. Throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Lay on oven tray coated with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes flipping in between half-way through.
  5. Garnish with Lemon.
